Introduction

Inspired by the 'Digital India' campaign being promoted by Honorable Prime Minister, Sri Narendra Modi, we developed ecofriendly, Non pollution Synthetic paper on which Digital Certificates can be prepared that provide maximum protection for education bodies and institutes, and ensure integrity of their qualifications (Anti-counterfeiting).

We propose to replace existing Pulp paper certificates and provide Cost Effective and long term solution for Digital Security Certificates for your esteemed university which is first of its kind in India.

Proposed Solution:

We propose an integrated solution which can provide instantaneous verification and authentication of Student certificates along with e-Security features on a eco friendly non polluting Synthetic paper which has long shelf life. Certificate security features include: Holograms, Guilloche Design, Ghost Image, Invisible UV features, Raised Image.

University/ Educational Institute can choose from a variety of borders, images and fonts to quickly create and customize a wide range of certificates. Our specialized certificate printing team has the ability to produce modern and unique designs, tailored to suit your organization and specifications

3 Stage Process

Affixing: Affixing of the smart Label on the document either at the paper production level or post production

  • • QV code tagged Paper supplied to the University by the Technology Partner

  • • QV code contains only a 16 digit alphanumeric identifier which can be scanned by the user party using a simple Mobile QV code scanner and it links the user to the university portal and gives the end result immediately: ORIGINAL OR FAKE

Profiling: Profiling of the document with the student data at the University office- all student and document details are stored using a unique code combination on the document

  • • University admin staff is only authorized to profile the document using our software to either store the student details against the respective QV code


WVerification: Verification by the end user, a employer or another university using a simple verification portal access, Online authentication without any complex hardware

  • • End user verifies the document using a Mobile QV code scanner (available in all smart phones) linking the user to the university database through the web/mobile portal.

  • • End user verifies the document using a standard mobile phone QV scanner or a web camera, which reads the document data and web portal certifies if the document is genuine or false.

QV code as shown above will be printed on each document on Smart paper, a unique code which represents a 16 digit alphanumeric identifier for each student. Following can be stored in the QV Code

  • •  Unique numeric identifier for each student which can be encoded in the QV code as variable printing matter
  • •  Textual descriptor for each student – could be a unique line of text the university desires
  • •  URL or website address for quick response to a query
  • •  QV code can be scanned using a web camera or a mobile phone – hence does not need any special grade    equipment
  • •  Instant third party verification using a mobile or a web application

 "The Text printed would not be visible to the naked eye and cannot be. The matter would become visible: only under certain range of ultraviolet rays.


 "Serial Numbering will be printed on the certificates using Magnetic Ink. We can used various and secured fonts and critical sizes which cannot be copied.


 "Invisible printing of University's name will have to be done which can be clean seen with the help of an eye glass. The place of such printing will be kept secret.


 "Fine Decorative border will be given in the certificate through computer based,Mathematical Calculations which cannot be easily copied by others.


 "University's logo will be embossed on on-line basis through a special method while the certificate is printed.


 "Security ink with a normal "trigger" temperature of 88 °F (31 °C), which will either disappear or change colors when the ink is rubbed, usually by the fingertips.


 "This is a method of making copy- evident and tamper-resistant patterns in the background of a document. Normally these are invisible to the eye, but become obvious when the document is photocopied. Typically they spell out "void", "copy", "invalid" or some other indicator message.
